Huge black hole blasts out 'double burp'

As cosmic gas approaches a black hole, some gets absorbed and some gets released in the form of a burp. Black holes have not been seen to have more than one burp, however, it has been detected that a supermassive black hole thousands of light-years away has produced two burps. Astronomers were able to detect something off by a variety of images from the Hubble and Chandra telescopes. They spotted a loop in the pictures which meant that was a sign of a secondary belch emerging. Like many human beings, black holes go through the cycle of feasting, burping, and napping. Although these are two different extremities, the general idea behind it matches what we tend to do. This discovery has helped reinforce and prove theories that black holes do, in fact, go through these cycles. An excessive amount of cosmic gas was released due to a nearby galaxy colliding with another, causing the black hole to have a lot to consume. It was very interesting and strange to read about this article. I never heard of a black hole 'burping' before and was interested that they do. I hope we continue to search out into our universe to discover more strange things such as this.
The Hubble showed that a cloud of green gas extended away from the black hole represented the aftermath of an earlier burp. They discovered that electrons had been stripped from atoms in the cone of gas and surmise that this was caused be a burst of radiation from the vicinity of the black hole. It's interesting how even in space there are still no table manners. It's great to actually know that even space things get a bit exciting at times that it is not just quiet uninteresting space. A job in astronomy doesn't sound so bad.
